Return & Refund Policy
Consultations:
Kahuna Skin Clinic is striving to help you achieve your Korean Glass Skin and body goals. We offer complimentary consultations to help you better understand your needs and what to avoid. Based on private analysis and conversation, we partner with you to help design a treatment plan that will best meet your expectations.
Cancellations:
Please make changes and any reschedules to your appointment 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid any penalty surcharges. Out of respect for our staff’s time, we do require a credit card beforehand, to secure all appointments.
Life doesn’t always go as planned and things can happen, so please make sure to call us ahead of time.
Late Policy:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to settle and fill out some paperwork. If you happen to run more than 15 minutes late, please let us know before hand and we will try our best to fit you in for a shorter appointment, depending on our flexibility. Or reschedule you accordingly. Late arrivals more than 30 minutes past your appointment time and without notice will incur a $100 surcharge.
No Show Policy:
No-show appointments will incur a $100 surcharge.
Payment Policy:
Cash, Zelle, and Credit Cards are accepted payment options. All services are subjected to NY sales tax.
Refund Policy:
We aim for the best to please our clients and will provide services to the highest expectations. Therefore, we have a NO REFUND policy. All services (including packages) are final and non-refundable.
Product Policy:
For products that are either unopened or unused, we accept exchanges for store credit within 2 days. If you are unsure about a product, please call us for more details
Service Policy:
All clients are voluntarily participating in treatment by Kahuna Skin Clinic, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the client or anyone on the client’s behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by the client or by anyone else acting on the client’s behalf.
Gift Card Policy:
Physical gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they CANNOT be replaced if lost or stolen. These will have a ONE-TIME use and cannot be exchanged for cash.
